GoodLife Projects is a lifestyle driven hospitality group.

We design, build and invest in a range of concepts including restaurants, bars and large-scale event formats.

We also offer a holistic hospitality consultancy that oversees and co-ordinates the process from inception of an idea, to launch and on going management of the concept.



We are a team of marketeers, chefs, operators and designers.



Alex worked as Marketing Director for hospitality group Brompton Brands before being head hunted by Amy Sacco to run her London outpost of New York private members club, Bungalow 8 in St Martins Lane Hotel. After this he took over as Regional Director of Nightlife and Entertainment for Morgans Hotel Group.



Jonny also worked in Marketing & Management for Brompton Brands with a key focus on the hugely successful relationship with Hilton Hotel Group and Whisky Mist before moving to work with Pernod Ricard to oversee the launch of Absolut Elyx Vodka. He is experienced in marketing both hospitality businesses and products and has a background in commercial property having spent the early part of his career with Knight Frank.


Food & Operations Director

Ross Clarke is one of the leading creative development chefs in the country. He has a background in Michelin star dining and has worked in some of the best development kitchens in the world, including the Fat Duck Experimental Kitchen as a creative development chef working on dishes and concepts for all of Heston Blumenthal’s restaurants. During this time he worked on multi-sensory dining, modern cooking techniques and trend profiling.


Head of Marketing

Rob was European Marketing Manager for 4 years at Jack Wills. He came up with the “Seasonnaires” marketing campaign and managed it across Europe. Running events, guerilla marketing & social media campaigns to drive sales to the local stores. He then went on to be Marketing Director for Ping to help create a strong brand image. Bringing in crowds, DJs, clothing brands, brand launches, running nights & taking the brand outside the venue to festivals, Red Bull events & pop up events.


Head of Design

Technically disciplined yet creatively driven. Xvavier is a visionary who believes in combining strategic, traditional and modern digital methods to create aesthetically pleasing design infused with substance and style. Focussing on the following key areas; Branding, Design, Marketing, User Interface Design and User Experience Design whilst dabbling in Web Design & Development also.


Business Development

Scarlett has 10 years experience within the restaurant industry. Starting at Rowleys Restaurant on Jermyn Street which she ran for 5 years overseeing all operations, marketing & HR with strong focus on financial management and analysis. She has then been involved and project managed various startups spanning from a small cafe in Fulham to the opening of Casa Cruz in Holland Park.
